The ‘Impression’ and ‘Inculcation’ programs are structured for fast growing companies (e.g. tech consulting & services, software/product firms, other similar org.), and Institutions (e.g. educational institutions, schools, colleges, etc) to provide a complete wellbeing to their employees, associates, students, etc. With an aim to transform people to high energy, healthy, productive individuals.

Can I attend these programs if I have no background in Yoga?

Are there any pre-requisites or age group criteria to attend these programs?
