Why programs? And, what's the point of it?

In today's highly competitive world, individuals are constantly racing to keep up while juggling personal and family responsibilities. This struggle often leads to various health ailments, stress, anxiety, and other issues that affect one's fitness, energy, and inner well-being.

At Sthiraum, our programs are designed to address these challenges through a systematic approach that blends yoga, meditative practices, and workshops on emotional intelligence. This approach aims to bring balance to physical, mental, and emotional well-being and alleviate the impacts of stress and anxiety.

For whom are these programs suitable for?

The programs are suitable to all individuals or groups. The ‘Impression’ and ‘Inculcation’ programs are structured for fast growing companies (e.g. tech consulting & services, software/product firms, other similar org.), and Institutions (e.g. educational institutions, schools, colleges, etc) to provide a complete wellbeing to their employees, associates, students, etc. With an aim to transform people to high energy, healthy, productive individuals.

And, immersion program is meant for all individuals wanting a transformation at all levels (physical, mental and emotional) to experience their true nature and life as a whole

Can I attend these programs if I have no background in Yoga?

Yes ofcourse, these programs are meant for any individual looking for transformation and wellbeing. For people who have some background in yoga, the programs can be customised to their needs.

What is the difference between Sthiraum programs and other external yoga programs?

While respecting other yoga programs, Sthiraum stands out for its systematic approach to unlocking an individual's true nature, well-being, and potential. The program is a blend of various practices such as Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Concentration building, Meditative practices, self-healing, Diet Balance and Emotional Intelligence building, making it a complete well-being program. It's rare to find all these practices put together in one program.

Moreover, the team behind Sthiraum, starting with the founder, is a group of individuals from diverse backgrounds who have come together to share their experiences and expertise with the community. They aim to give back by improving individual well-being, which ultimately impacts the community.

Are these programs strictly fact-to-face? Or, do you offer Online programs?

While we advocate for in-person learning, Sthiraum also provides accessible online classes for those starting their wellbeing journey. These classes can be taken at your convenience from any location, offering session-based payment for flexibility.

Are there any pre-requisites or age group criteria to attend these programs?

The only pre-requisite is your interest level and an open mind required to learn and experience.  As for age groups, the programs are open to all ages above 18. For kids, teens and elder people the program will be customised to suit their needs. Reach out to support@sthiraum.org for more details.

Is Sthiraum the right place to learn these practices?

The experts at sthiraum (including the founder) are certified by International Yoga Alliance (as RYT certified) with specialization in Hatha Yoga and Meditative Practices. Beyond certifications, the sthiraum team go through intensive workshops to practice and structure programs to not just teach yogic practices but ensure complete wellbeing by blending physical exercises, postures, breath control techniques, concentration & emotional intelligence building and meditation.
